Sports Knee Support | Kong

It fits really well, hugs my knee comfortably, and feels high-quality. Super stretchy and exactly as described.

The material is excellent, and the genuine product feels very smooth and high-quality.

Got this on a teammate’s recommendation—really impressed. The silicone ring holds the kneecap in place and helps with the tendon pain when jumping. Side supports feel solid and keep my knee stable, even with side-to-side moves.

This knee support is really good. It fits snugly, the patella strap sits well, and it noticeably helps reduce knee pain. Definitely considering buying it again. Great value for the price.

Just received it and tried it out today—so far so good. Didn’t budge during burpees or anything. Feels fine on deep squats, not restrictive. Breathability is decent and it doesn’t get sticky even when I’m sweating.

The material feels great, honestly very good value for the price. Protection is snug and effective.

Well-made with great attention to detail. The fit is snug with just the right amount of stretch, and it supports the patella really well. Stays comfortable without feeling too tight. I’ve tried quite a few knee sleeves, and this is easily the best one for me.

Very comfortable and gentle on the skin. Provides great knee protection, fits perfectly, high quality, and much cheaper than in-store!

Tried a few sleeves and this is my favorite so far. Super comfortable and doesn’t slip at all, even with lunges and lateral moves. Stretchy material, doesn’t mess with my movement.

This knee support offers strong support and is very comfortable to wear. The fit and elasticity are just right, and it’s reasonably breathable. I really like it! The joint area has a special design that’s excellent—very snug, breathable, and not stuffy at all.

Wore this for three 10K runs—firm compression without feeling too tight, no post-run knee soreness, and breathable enough for summer evenings.

Really like it. Feels well-made with solid materials—thin where it should be, and nicely padded where you need the protection.

Honestly, these feel really solid when I’m squatting. The side stabilizers actually help a lot — especially on heavier lifts, you can really feel the extra support.
And the grip is great too. Even when I’m drenched in sweat, they don’t slide down at all.

Mainly use it for kneeling positions, and it does a great job protecting my knees. It’s lightweight and thin—the 3D knit barely feels like it’s there. The honeycomb padding around the patella really helps too, no pain even when kneeling on hard floors.

The quality and construction are solid—definitely offers better support than cheaper knee sleeves. It stays in place well and hasn’t slipped at all so far.
